Welcome to our FAQ page! Here, we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions about our online bakery. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us directly.


1. How long does it take to fulfill my order?

We collect orders till Thursday 12:01 AM and then we start working on your order so you get the freshest product. Order is ready for pick up between Friday 5PM and 6PM if you are choosing to pick up. Delivery starts from 6PM. If you are selecting Canada Post Shipping, we will ship your order on Monday to avoid product sitting in postal warehouse during the weekend. Then depending on the distance, it can take 1-3 business days from Monday to reach to your destination. We ship only by express or expedited parcel to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible!

2. What areas do you deliver to?

We have local delivery option for all M1 and M2 postal code, and some M3, M4 codes. $4.99 for local delivery, orders above $50 gets free local delivery. Full list of postal code zones are below:

We also ship our whole slabs and bulk orders within Ontario (except for any PO Box). $19.99 Express shipping. Orders above $150 gets free Express shipping.

3. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our menu on our website, select the items you’d like, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, and enter your delivery details. Please do not forget to add your buzzer code if you have any. Follow the prompts to complete your payment, and you’re all set!

4. Can I customize my order?

Currently we do not have the option to customize our products. We are in the works to introduce custom message slabs soon! 

5. What are your delivery and pick-up hours?

Our local delivery starts at 6:00PM every Friday. Pick up is between 5:00PM and 6:00PM every Friday.

6. How much is the delivery fee?

Our local delivery fee is CA$4.99 and Xpress Shipping is CA$19.99 (order must be minimum $50 before tax and discount). For orders over CA$150 (before tax and discount), delivery is free!

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?

No. We do not hold any inventory. As a result, same day shipping is not possible for us.

8. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We currently do not have a cancellation or refund policy. All orders are final and cannot be returned/refunded.

9. How do I contact customer support?

You can reach our customer support team via email at connect@browniepoints.ca. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

10. Do you have any allergy information?

Yes, we provide detailed ingredient lists and allergen information for all our products. Please check the product descriptions on our website if you have specific allergy concerns. We take food safety seriously and strive to accommodate various dietary needs. A list of the ingredients with allergy information will be provided with each package as well.

11. Can I use a gift card or discount code?

Absolutely! During checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a gift card or discount code.
